The staff was very welcoming, fast checking. The front desk lady even called my room to check if everything was good, which I appreciated. The room was spacious, had a mini kitchen, a fridge, and a TV. The bathroom was also spacious, had hot water, and everything we needed.

As I entered the entrance, the staff was welcoming and courteous. Access to my room was quick. The room was large and clean with newly looked appliances and a very comfortable bed for a good night's rest.

Didn't eat as we had an early start to Mass. General. The room was very clean and quiet on the ground floor. Staff brought an extra blanket and pillow as we had requested. 117.00 total was a great price especially around metro Boston. All in all nice stay!

It was in efficiency had a full fridge how to microwave stove top to microwave did not work. It was OK for a few days. We stayed for one, so it was perfect.

Customer service was amazing lady at the front desks made my stay the best she was even there the next day n asked how my stay was she really cared about her customers even on a busy Halloween weekend she’s amazing place was very clean to be pet friendly

The rooms were clean it was nice and quiet they even had two bottles of water in the room with coffee available in the morning.

Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or exercise room. Was glad that the desk clerk let the food service up to my door. Handicapped.
